Shipping
Delivery time
Items usually ship within a week. If you are in a hurry to receive your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to speed up the process. All our shipments are sent via Posten Norge AS.
Domestic
For all orders within Norway, shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped.
International
In normal circumstances, international shipping takes 10-16 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped. In some cases it may take longer depending on the destination.
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.
Tracking
Domestic
Orders within Norway will usually include tracking. If your shipping confirmation email does not include a tracking number, it’s most likely because you either selected “Free pickup in Oslo”, or your order includes only t-shirts or stickers, which are shipped much like a stamped envelope.
International
International orders do not include tracking by default.
If you want to include tracking for your order, please select “With tracking” under shipping options at checkout. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Visit posten.no to see tracking status.
Missing items
If you have not received your order within the standard shipping period, please contact us by replying to your shipping confirmation email. If you have deleted your confirmation email, contact us. We will get back to you with next steps.
Damaged items
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know about the extent of the damage. If possible, please include photos of the damaged areas. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. We will get back to you with next steps.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us to arrange a return within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Privacy
Information you provide through the checkout process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. We never sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.
